Singing for Fun

Group Leader: Jane Stevens  - jane.stevens@u3a-llandrindod.org.uk

The group will meet in the Rock Park building in Llandrindod Wells on the first, second and third Wednesday afternoon of each month during school term time between 2:00pm and 3:30pm.

Cost is now reduced to £2.00 per session as more people are taking part.

There is no need to have sung in a choir before or be able to read music. Just enthusiasm!

We sing Pop from the 60s and 70s, songs from shows, traditional songs, and Gospel.

The pianist is Sue Turner.

During 2019 Victorian Week in Llandrindod, the U3A singers did a flash mob in Middleton street, then sang under the canopy at the Rock Park. The Mayor came and particularly enjoyed our version of Yellow Submarine, complete with kazoos!
